Based in California, United States, he brings a multidisciplinary leadership profile shaped by formal training in journalism, project management, management information systems, cybersecurity, site health and safety, and governance-related studies, alongside prior service in law enforcement as a Police Prosecuting Officer.

As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Clasique and Tatafo FM, he provides strategic and operational leadership focused on sustainable growth, corporate governance, risk awareness, and socially responsible media enterprises. Babatunde Akisanmi, professionally known as Akoni Asiwaju Sir Merry, is a fine artist, broadcaster, and entertainer with a deep-rooted passion for music, storytelling, and cultural expression. Nigerian-born of Yoruba heritage and currently based in the United Kingdom, he brings a global perspective to creative broadcasting.

His work is guided by a strong belief in the transformative power of information as a roadmap to personal growth and societal progress. Emmanuel Adewole Babalola, PhD
Program & Technical Director, Tatafo FM Communications Limited

Emmanuel Adewole Babalola, PhD, serves as the Program Technical Director at Tatafo FM, providing strategic leadership across digital infrastructure, broadcast operations, and program delivery.

In addition, he developed and standardized presenter workflows, onboarded and technically configured on-air talent, and enabled fully remote operations to support distributed broadcasting across locations. His work integrates media technology, instructional design, and systems thinking to ensure operational reliability, scalability, and a consistent, high-quality listener experience. Emmanuel's leadership reflects a commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and sustainable digital media operations.
